The S1 marked Paton's return with a road-going version of its Lightweight TT racer, built around a Kawasaki-derived 650 parallel twin in a hand-made tubular steel frame. It wears retro racing bodywork and uses quality suspension and brakes. It was produced in small numbers, with special numbered versions such as the Classic TT, PEP Memorial and Factory Signature editions.
